There are many ways to differentiate a business and become a “Category of One”.

What if your closed policy became an open policy (like 24 hour fitness, or 7-11).

Or your customer service and satisfaction rates became a number one priority (like Zappos and Amazon)

Or a typical grocery store started delivering an entire experience around good, organic, and unique foods (like Whole Foods does).

When you deliver a product or service, and deliver it exceptionally, you can’t help but to differentiate yourself and become a “Category of One”

With no competitors the decision to choose you becomes a clear and obvious choice.
